1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

• Orders under $25: $4.99
• Orders $25 and over: FREE

Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

• All orders: $9.99

Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day)

• All orders: $19.99
• Must be ordered by 2PM EST

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 US states, Washington DC, and US territories. International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Delivery

Packages are delivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A signature may be required for delivery. If you're not available, the carrier will leave a notice with pickup instructions.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@yoplans.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
